디에이치솔루션(주)(이하 "회사")는 "포토타이디(PhotoTidy)" 앱(이하 "앱") 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 어떻게 처리하는지 설명합니다.
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다. 앱에는 회원가입·로그인이 없으며 자체 분석 서버가 없습니다.

앱은 Google AdMob을 통해 비맞춤형 광고를 게재합니다. 광고 제공, 측정, 보안 및 부정행위 방지 과정에서 Google은 IP 주소를 바탕으로 한 대략적 위치, 기기·앱 정보, 광고 상호작용 정보, 진단 정보 및 운영체제가 허용하는 광고 식별자 등을 처리할 수 있습니다. 앱은 iOS 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 권한을 요청하지 않으며, 맞춤형 광고를 요청하지 않습니다.

회사는 앱의 미디어 분석 데이터나 설정을 서버에 수집·보유하지 않습니다. 이용자는 앱 내 기능으로 휴지통 정보를 정리할 수 있으며, 기기에 저장된 앱 데이터는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 사진 및 영상 원본의 삭제·복원은 기기 운영체제와 사진 보관함 정책의 적용을 받을 수 있습니다.
앱은 아동을 대상으로 설계되지 않았으며 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

DHSolu Co., Ltd. ("we") respects the privacy of people who use PhotoTidy (the "app"). This policy explains how information is handled.
We do not directly collect personal information. The app has no account or login and uses no proprietary analysis server.

The app uses Google AdMob to show non-personalized ads. For ad delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention, Google may process approximate location derived from IP address, device and app information, ad interactions, diagnostics, and advertising identifiers where permitted by the operating system. The app does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission and does not request personalized ads.

Photo and video access is required for the organizer. The app does not request all-files access, location, contacts, or phone permissions.
We do not collect or retain your media-analysis data or preferences on a server. You can manage trash information in the app, and locally stored app data is removed when you uninstall the app. Original photo and video deletion or recovery may also be governed by your operating system and photo-library policies.
The app is not designed for children and does not knowingly collect children's personal information.
Changes to this policy will be announced on this page at least seven days before they take effect.
